Prismier stocks and fabricates all standard sheet metal gauges up to a maximum thickness of 0.25 inches (6.35 mm), with heavier plate stock processed through our custom plate services. For specialized electronics, brackets, and shields, our Rapid Micro Stamping™ division can process ultra-thin custom foils starting at just 0.001 to 0.032 inches (0.025 to 0.813 mm) thick. Using high-speed laser cutting tables, we routinely process raw sheet dimensions up to standard sizes of 4 x 8 feet and 5 x 10 feet.
